1. Overview

At big balloon, we strive to ensure every customer is delighted with our service. Since we operate on a Cash After Decoration model (no advance payment), our cancellation and return policies are designed to be fair and transparent.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • More than 24 Hours Before Event: Free cancellation, no charges applied.
  • Within 24 Hours of Event: Cancellation is not allowed through the website as our team and materials have already been prepared. Please contact us for special circumstances.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If any balloons or decor items are found to be defective or damaged upon setup, please notify our team immediately while they are on-site. We will replace the items on the spot. If a replacement is not possible, the cost of the defective item will be deducted from your final bill.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Custom-printed balloons or personalized items comprising names/messages.
  • Balloons that pop due to handling by the customer or environmental factors (heat, sharp objects) after our team has left.

5. Service Guarantee

If our team fails to arrive for a scheduled booking, you will not be charged anything. We will also offer priority rebooking at no additional cost.
