You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled event. Cancellations within 24 hours are not allowed as materials and staff have already been allocated.

2. Products and Color Accuracy

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Balloon colors may change slightly when inflated or exposed to different lighting conditions.

3. Bookings and Event Services

Availability: All bookings are subject to date and team availability. We recommend booking at least 1 week in advance.
Access: You must ensure our team has access to the venue at the scheduled setup time. Delays caused by lack of access may result in additional charges or incomplete setup.
Outdoor Events: We are not responsible for balloon pop or degradation due to extreme weather (sun, wind, rain) for outdoor setups. We strongly recommend indoor setups for longevity.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Payment is collected via Cash after the decoration is completed at your venue.

5. Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

More than 24 Hours Before Event: Free cancellation, no charges applied.
Within 24 Hours of Event: Cancellation is not allowed as materials and staff have already been allocated. Please contact us for special circumstances.

6. Safety and Liability Disclaimer

Warning: Choking Hazard

Children under 8 years can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision is required. Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once.

Latex Allergies: Our products may contain natural rubber latex which may cause allergic reactions. Please inform your guests if latex balloons are being used.

7. Equipment Rental
